Tuition

Tuition for each student for the 2-year program:

$12,500, or $11,250 if paid in full prior to arrival (10% discount)
The spouse of an enrolled student may register for 1/3 of the tuition.

The $25 application fee can be applied towards tuition costs.

A payment plan is available.

 

Tuition includes all short-term trips into Mexico.

 

Tuition DOES NOT include the trip to Papua New Guinea, which this last year cost approximately $4800 (round trip airfare and all ground expenses).  These funds are not due until 2 months prior to the PNG trip. 

 

Tuition also DOES NOT include the cost of internships.  Fees for internships will vary according to destination, length of internship, and number of people going. 


Singles - Monthly Housing Expenses:
    Rent:              $250 per month (share apt with 1-2 other singles of same gender)

    Electric:          $55 avg/month

    Water/Garbage/Wireless Internet included in rent

Families - Monthly Housing Expenses:

    Rent:              $500 per month

    Electric:          $90-100 avg/month

    Water/Garbage/Wireless Internet included in rent

 

 

Other Costs not included in the Tuition Fee

 

Books:   A list will be sent to you prior to classes beginning.  Others will be suggested throughout the year by visiting instructors.  Usually the cost of required books does not exceed $200/year.  We have some textbooks available for purchase through our school library.

 

Health insurance (required):  Each student must be covered by some form of health insurance while attending the CPCP.  Proof of insurance must be presented upon arrival at the school.  Some very affordable non-traditional plans are available at thefollowing websites:

Confirmation Fee:   Upon acceptance into the CPCP, a $150 Confirmation Fee will be due by each student.  The Confirmation Fee may be credited to your tuition upon arrival on campus. 

Housing Deposit:   On-campus housing may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis with a housing deposit of $150 for singles or $300 for couples.  Unless granted an exception by the CPCP staff, all students are required to reside in the on-campus apartments.  Should on-campus housing be full, the CPCP staff will endeavor to assist students in finding off-campus housing.  The Housing Deposit will be refunded to the student when the apartment is vacated in good condition.
